Early Life:
The late Selva Rathinam, Saravanan’s father, was originally from the Nellai area. He started off as a menial tea vendor in Chennai and worked his way up to become a successful businessman. Arul Saravanan hailed from a long history of prosperous merchants. The textile business Saravana Store was founded and was owned by his father, Saravanan Selvarathinam. Their wealthy father gave him and his siblings a responsibility. It was of running Saravana. His mother’s identity is still unknown, but we do know that she was a nurse in the past. Private Life
Saravanan Arul participated actively in school plays about executions even while he was a student. He had a deep fascination with Tamil film even as a small child. He believed it would be a perfect opportunity to star in one of director M. Sivachandran’s films. So he went to Salem to check how he was making ready for a movie shoot.
He first got to know Sivachandran and his spouse, Lakshmi, in this manner at their marriage. The pair tried their hardest, but they were never able to send him off as a performer in the opposite way of Lakshmi’s daughter Aishwarya. Saravanan Arul relocated to Chennaithereafter.Here he completed his training at the Adyar Film Institute for actors.
